30-DAY REFUNDS

We offer a 30-day full money-back guarantee for all purchases made on our website as long as this policy is followed in its entirety. If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us, you can get your money back from the last 30-days of service as long as you adhere by the regulations of this policy which you agree to during checkout. 

REBILLS
We offer a full refund for the most recent 30-days of billing only. For example, if you have been with our company for 3 billing cycles (3 months), you will only be refunded for the most recent month, or the last 30-day billing cycle. 

RESOLVING DISPUTES
Before filing a claim, dispute, or chargeback against Mr. Spotify, you agree to try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting ContactMrSpotify@gmail.com. We’ll try our best to resolve the dispute informally by contacting you via email. If a dispute is not resolved within 15 days of submission, you or Mr. Spotify may then bring a formal proceeding. If you do not contact Mr. Spotify regarding a dispute prior to filing a Chargeback with your bank, you will not be entitled to a refund. If you do not contact Mr. Spotify to request a refund prior to filing a Chargeback with your bank, you will not be entitled to a refund.  Let’s Try to Sort Things Out First. We want to address your concerns and have a chance to make it right. 

JUDICIAL FORM FOR DISPUTES
You and Mr. Spotify agree that any judicial proceeding to resolve claims relating to these Terms or the Services will be brought in the federal or state courts of Alameda County, California, subject to the mandatory arbitration provisions below. Both you and Mr. Spotify consent to venue and personal jurisdiction in such courts. If you reside in a country (for example, a member state of the European Union) with laws that give consumers the right to bring disputes in their local courts, this paragraph doesn’t affect those requirements.

You agree to this Refund Policy during checkout by checking a box that states "I agree to the Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy". The checkout cart will not work without first accepting these terms. Thus, you are legally obligated to abide by them after making a purchase from MrSpotify.com.
